Dr. Hatem Azim, M.D., PhD
I Chief Medical Officer Oncology
Dr Hatem Azim is the Chief Medical Officer Oncology at EnnoDC and is an expert in breast cancer and drug development.
He is also a medical oncology consultant and an Adjunct Professor at the School of Medicine, Monterrey Institute of Technology. His research focuses on breast cancer in young women and early drug development and has contributed to international guidelines on breast cancer and pregnancy-associated tumors.
Dr Azim also serves as the Chief Medical Officer at Emergence Therapeutics and is a Senior Oncology faculty member at the College of the European School of Oncology.
Dr Azim completed his oncology training at the National Cancer Institute in Cairo and the European Institute of Oncology in Milan.
His academic career includes roles such as Scientific Director at the Jules Bordet Institute in Brussels and Adjunct Assistant Professor of Oncology at the American University of Beirut.
He holds a Master’s degree in oncology from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne and a PhD from the Université Libre de Bruxelles.
